About the Role

Are you a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be a key player in our customer experience team and represent our brand with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations coordinating service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards. You’ll act as a central point of contact, supporting both internal teams and strategic partners to keep processes running smoothly and customers fully satisfied.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for customers and vendors—answering calls, resolving issues, and building relationships.
  • Handle scheduling, service verification, follow-up calls, and service coordination.
  • Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Use our internal system to log all customer interactions and track service tickets.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Participate in our emergency call rotation (one week/month)—you’ll be equipped with a company laptop and phone.
  • The Department is staffed 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday although emergency calls are accepted 24/7/365.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in customer service, ideally in a call center, hospitality, construction, or facilities environment.

Education: Associate’s Degree in Business or related field OR equivalent experience.

  • Strong multitasker — comfortable managing multiple computer screens and priorities.
  • Excellent communicator who listens deeply and speaks clearly.
  • Tech-savvy — confident using Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and eager to learn our proprietary software.
  • You deliver world-class service and genuinely care about the customer experience.
  • Bonus: Negotiation skills and a knack for building long-term relationships.
